Claim Artist Profile

There are two methods to claim an artist profile that was created by another artist or label.

METHOD 1
To claim ownership of your artist profile, reach out to the entity responsible for its creation, typically the label that initially released your music. Request an artist invite through the “Manage Artist” section under “Artist Profile” and “Invite Artist” in label management. If your music has been released under multiple labels, you can ask any of them for assistance. When they send the invite, make sure they have your correct email address. Upon receiving the email, simply click the link, and you will be prompted to generate a new password. After completing this step, you’ll have full access to your profile.

METHOD 2

Finding Your Vinyl Submission QR Codes: A Step-by-Step Guide
Go to your dashboard, then navigate to 'Manage Your Artist.' From there, select the specific artist whose vinyl you're shipping. Click on 'Releases,' where you'll find a QR code associated with that particular vinyl release. Print out this QR code and attach it to the package you're shipping to us.

Shipping Label Placement:
Affix the shipping label securely to the largest side of the package.
Avoid placing labels on seams, folds, or corners to prevent damage during handling.

Label Legibility:
Use clear and legible fonts for all text on the shipping label.
Ensure that labels are printed with high contrast for easy scanning.

1. Box Size: The dimensions of the shipping box should be approximately 40x60x30 cm or similar.

2. Single SKU Master Carton: If you have multiple SKUs, ensure that different SKUs are physically separated within the master carton.

3. Master Carton Labeling: Each master carton must be clearly labeled with the quantity of the product (x units).

4. Nice to Have: While not mandatory, it’s beneficial to have a single SKU master carton with a master carton barcode for ease of tracking.

5. Packing List: Include a packing list with your shipment.
